We have a stellar reputation for achieving substantial settlements and jury verdicts for our clients, and we welcome referrals.

All agreements involving a division of fees are governed by the Washington State Code of Professional Responsibility. In proposing a fee agreement, we consider the nature of the case, its complexity and potential damages, the work already done by the associating attorney, and the likely costs to be advanced. We work out mutually agreeable fee agreements that are fair and consistent with ethical requirements.
